Purchasing Property

1. Consultation

First, we carry out an introductory consultation to understand what the client’s needs and possibilities are. We will estimate what is the morgage loan amount that a client can borrow. We will assess what type of a property can be purchased in a given area. This meeting takes place online or in-person.

2. Documents

At this stage our client will collect all the required documents to prove the income. Depending on the case and employment type, different documents will be required.

3. Property Search

If a client does not have any property in view, we will assist in the process of searching the right property. We will provide you with the information and contacts that will help you to start with it. Also, we speak multiple languages and we are able to assist as translators. Finally, if you are unsure about the condition of a property, we can arrange an engineer visit.

4. Mortgage Loan

Once all required documents are collected, we will arrange the mortgage loan financing with the most preferential rates and options (prepayment, interest rate type). Also, we help you with choosing the right life insurance which is often required to get the mortgage loan. We pay close attention to that as it has significant legal implications for the future (e.g. divorce, deaths).

5. Notary and picking up keys

At this point we arrange a notary visit where we will assist you with signing a purchase contract. After that you pick up the keys to your new property!

6. After-purchase services

If necessary, we provide you with any other services that you might need after purchasing a property. You might need to do other paperwork (e.g. property insurance, home utilities) or register a company on your new address. We will provide any help you need.

Aleksandra Tulicka

Aleksandra Tulicka

Aleksandra has her own legal practice, Alexia Law, which supports both companies and private clients in Poland and in the Netherlands. Wide acclaim and acknowledgement triggered big law firms, such as De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, which invited her to co-work on big international and multilingual cases as she speaks English, Polish, Dutch, German and Russian. Next to co-operating big legal companies, she also supports private individuals whose problems often relate to property purchase. That was her main motivation to start Holland Properties company.

Aleksandra holds a master’s degree in Law at the University of Amsterdam which she accomplished in 2013 without any delay. It was a great success as she studied in Dutch, which she got acquainted with in only six months before she started studying.

The key to Aleksandra’s success are not only hard work and versatility but also empathy towards her clients, great presence and creativity while working on complex cases.

Milosz Krasowski

Milosz Krasowski

Milosz runs his own consulting company. He advises largest world and Dutch banks in risk management and pricing financial products which are offered to companies and private individuals. One of such products is a mortgage loan. Therefore he understands the business from inside and is able to advise his clients on best mortgage loans and makes sure that they choose the best available option suited for their needs. His motivation to start Holland Properties was to provide the highest quality financial advice to customers, something that unfortunately not many property advisory companies in the Netherlands do. Milosz wants their customers to make sure they do not make any mistake when making one of the most important life and investment decisions in their life.

Milosz holds a master’s degree in Economics and Finance from the Erasmus University of Rotterdam, one of the best schools of economics in Europe. He currently also pursues a master’s degree in Computer Science at a world-class Johns Hopkins University in the United States.
